"We used Fenner Home Inspections for a house we rented and were interested in buying, and when that didn't work out, we hired him to inspect the newly constructed house we intended to buy. Obviously we wouldn't have hired him a 2nd time if we weren't satisfied! Jamie is very easy to work with, thorough, prompt. I found him extremely personable and willing to answer all my dumb questions without judgment. He sent us the report the same day with lots of photos and comments.
