It's true, when I was an active contractor I spent long hours talking to homeowners, other contractors, architects, engineers, realtors and inspectors; and nothing would change hands except, perhaps, a beer. Fenner Home Inspections include:
-Up to 4 1/2 hours of time on site. Most inspections don't take this long....but yours might and you'll be grateful for the time.
-On site discussion of inspection findings for immediate consideration.
-Same day delivery of a detailed, color photo-filled, and customized inspection report. Most reports are between 30 and 40 pages and will leave you knowing more about the property than you may have thought possible.
-Pest and Dryrot report. I am ODA certified in the Structural Pest Category (ODA#1000496) and certified to produce and sign the specialty pest report needed for FHA, VA, and other government financing.
-Phone follow up is always available after an inspection. When you call I answer the phone. Call with questions, call to get a referral, or just call to debrief, it's all OK with me.
To price out your inspection, calculate the total square feet of your target property and check the list below. Total square feet includes all levels, regardless of if they are finished or not. For example, basements and any type of walk up attic are included in the square footage.
