Energy Trust of Oregon (www.energytrust.org) can be contacted before any energy-efficient improvements are made to houses in Oregon. Energy Trust offers cash incentives, contractor referrals, and assistance with Oregon Residential Energy Tax Credits for many energy efficiency improvements.
