That's me, Jamie Fenner, and I am Fenner Home Inspections.  This is a one man operation.  I answer the phone, I schedule your inspection, I perform your inspection, I prepare your report, and I am available for follow up.  If you call back after an inspection you'll know who you're talking to, and that person will know your prospective home inside and out. 

It's as if I am a small town doctor, and of course I make house calls.   

An inspection from Fenner Home Inspections is a highly personalized experience.  I will examine the property and systems top to bottom and inside and out.  Afterwards we will have a detailed on-site discussion of the conditions found, what they mean for you, and what your options are.  There are no bad questions for you to ask, the more we talk the more you know, and I schedule my day to allow time for debriefing.   Talking with people about their houses is my favorite part of the job and it's why I got into inspections.  That night you'll also receive a written report full of photos and customized discussion of your prospective property.
